PDO “”Riviera Ligure Riviera dei Fiori”” Extra virgin olive oil.
It is a low-acidity oil obtained from a selection of the best Taggiasca olives. On the nose it is fresh, with hints of grass and artichoke and fruity green apple and olive. In the mouth it is pleasantly pasty. The aftertaste reveals light notes of dried fruit. Its delicate nature makes it perfect for seasoning raw food. The Carte Noire is produced in limited series between 15,000 and 20,000 bottles.
