This white wine is made from Hondarrabi Zuri grapes and develops a light, balanced sparkle through natural fermentation. It contains 11% alcohol.
Ideal for pairing with seafood and fish, it is particularly well-suited to oysters, sushi, and tempura fish.
For optimal enjoyment, it should be consumed young and fresh, served at a temperature between 6°C and 10°C in a glass.
