Anchovies in olive oil

Anchovies from Don Bocarte are made following traditional methods, using only the best pieces, extra virgin olive oil and salt. Packed in a tin containing 6/7 fillets.

Don Bocarte makes their anchovies only from fish from the Cantabrian Sea. The anchovies are matured and refined for at least 8 months, and covered with a fruity extra virgin oil with a slight touch of ripe banana. The anchovies are characterized by their fleshiness, low salt point and excellent cleanliness.
