Salchichon Ibérico Bellota
“Salchichón” is the product made with a mixture of minced or sliced meats of Iberian-Acorn fed pork and bacon, added with salt and other condiments, kneaded and stuffed in natural casing, subjected to a maturation-drying process, with or without smoke, that Ensures good stability.
It is characterized by its characteristic smell and taste, and cylindrical shape, as it is embedded in natural “cular” gut.
The piece weighs between 1,000 and 1,400 kg.

Clams in Brine – 120 g
The Clams are exclusively harvested from October to February, when they reach the ideal size and texture for consumption. Like cockles, clams are soaked in seawater upon arrival at the factory to remove sand. They are then cooked and washed in warm brine to eliminate impurities.
It is recommended to eat it directly from the can. They can be used as a pairing for a piece of bread and a good wine.
