Ingredients: Anchovies (Engraulis encrasicolus) (Fish) FA27 VIIIC, extra virgin olive oil (40%), apple cider vinegar 2% (Sulfites), salt and lemon juice. Allergens: Fish.

Don Bocarte makes their anchovies only from fish from the Cantabrian Sea. The anchovies are matured and refined for at least 8 months, and covered with a fruity extra virgin oil with a slight touch of ripe banana. The anchovies are characterized by their fleshiness, low salt point and excellent cleanliness.
